Marvellous location, walking distance from The Tropic of cancer. A train station very close to our hip new hotel. Incredible and delicious breakfast with live music for all tastes.

Wonderful and clean hotel with superbly friendly staff who attended to us at the supper in a warm and hospitable manner. Particularly good location to Meilunshanshengtai Park. Set in a very luxurious area near key tourist places eg Toroko instead of taking a taxi, convenience store, cinema and restaurants, and main downtown area.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff here provided excellent service and were always warm and hospitable. I particularly appreciated the helpfulness of the receptionist who assisted us during supper. The hotel also offers a wide range of amenities including free toiletries, air conditioning, and an electric kettle in the room. Additionally, the on-site restaurant and snack bar were convenient options for dining. The leisure garden area was a great spot to relax with Wi-Fi access and the availability of bike rentals added to the overall experience.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel.

The ladies at the reception deserve an extra big praise. I had a few special requests and they helped me a lot. The room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel itself is quite large and is probably usually welcomes group tourists. The breakfast room (buffet) was more like a fast food restaurant. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the train station. There is also the bus station, for example for trips to the Taroko-Gorge.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. A lot of national and also international cuisine. Coffee, ice cream and pastries can be consumed free of charge at any time. Surprisingly, the price also included a Chinese buffet for dinner.

The hotel is huge and spotless with a great restaurant, I had a great stay. The room was outstanding and modern and the bathroom was amazing. The service was good and the staff were superfriendly and respectful. I loved staying here, no complaints whatsoever.

We got room with comfortable decor and the best bathroom to relax. We had incredible, great breakfast. The location was magnificent, a super close walk to Tianhuitang.

The hotel provided a great free dinner buffet and all-day free ice cream which was really enjoyable. Its location was also fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of food options. the free laundry service was also a nice touch.

The equipment in the room was quite dated and there was a noticeable smell. the staff at the front desk were a bit chilly upon check-in.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and spotless room at Kindness Hotel. The amenities were top-notch, especially the self-service laundry with complimentary detergent. The buffet supper offered a delicious spread of Asian comfort food. I also appreciated the convenient location near the station. I highly recommend this hotel.
